The network is called Center for Constitutional Transitions, and Sujit Choudhry is the Director of the Center for Constitutional Transitions.

Sujit Choudhry recently took part in an open letter to Spain and Catalonia. The two have been undergoing some significant disputes as Catalonia is working towards becoming independent from Spain and transition into becoming a country of its own. The tension between the two sides has been growing to a point where neither would sit down to discuss the matter.
